§1- Upon receipt of an order, an e-mail with the calculation of shipping costs and the total amount to be transmitted will be sent. After confirmation and payment the product will be shipped by mail within 1-3 business days.

§2- Shipping (postal service) and handlings costs will be charged to the customer and will appear on the order confirmation.

§3- Payment must be made in advance by means of a bank deposit or via PayPal.

§4- In case shipped products are lost en route Matepis Produtos Musicais will assume all responsibility for verification and replacement.

§7- Client's personal data will not be given to third parties and will only be used for purchases and sales.
